All official Marine Corps League forms to be used by detachments and the department can be found on the National Marine Corps League Library website mcleaguelibrary.org. Scroll down to "Detachment Documents". Official Marine Corps League forms are linked below. Additional documents, forms and publications may be found on National's password protected "Member Library". To obtain the current password contact the Department Commandant or Department Web Sgt.

When using a pc or tablet, clicking a link to open a pdf document will open it in a new window or tab in an internet browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari (Apple). If the document is fillable you will see light blue highlights on the blank lines where information needs to be inputed using your keyboard. If not fillable download the pdf document and fill it out by hand. You can download or print the document by clicking the appropriate symbol located in the upper right hand corner of the opened pdf document. Using a smartphone the pdf document will be downloaded your device.

Pdf is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It's a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents - regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document. The PDF format is now an open standard. maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). PDF documents can contain form fields (filable document) and can easily be viewed on Windows or MacOS operating systems using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software embedded in most internet browsers. One can download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader if needed to view these pdf documents.
